Comprehensive skill set that includes project management, contract administration, budget control, value engineering, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience managing projects from initial client brief development through feasibility, planning, Building Warrant, and full construction stages. Ensure design compliance during construction, acting as Contract Administrator, and oversee projects to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. I am well-versed in current Building Regulations, CDM regulations, and general Health and Safety standards, including asbestos awareness training.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office, MS Project, NBS Specification.

• Architectural Skills: Design development, site feasibility, Planning, Building Warrant, Detailing, and on-site experience.

• Soft Skills: Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and team collaboration.
